I used Hilton Points to pay for two nights. The parking lot is kinda up the hill from the place and I was worried about cars turning into the road and not seeing me at night. Feels pretty safe otherwise. I used the app to open my room door, my partner had a hard time and ended up getting a room key. He used the gym and reported that there weren't waters or towels there, but on the second day there was, after he said something to the front desk. We went to the bar for a night for a glass of wine. The bartender said that they were low on a lot of things because of FIFA. I thought my room was clean, spacious. Water pressure was great. I heard my neighbors sometimes but it was quiet during quiet hours. It's an outdated hotel but was the location I needed. Their pool was closed for the year which was unfortunate.

When my girlfriend and I learned that we would be staying at a Hilton hotel, we were excited and had high expectations. Unfortunately, some of that excitement faded upon arrival. While the customer service was friendly, professional, and responsive, the property itself felt somewhat dated. When we got to our room, we noticed that the hallway light was not working and there was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. To the staff’s credit, they responded quickly to address both issues by cleaning out the refrigerator and fixing the light. There was also an inconsistency with towel availability, and we had to request additional towels during our stay. Another concern was that staff informed us they were experiencing issues with the air conditioning system. We also observed water leaking in the hallway, which raised concerns about the property’s overall maintenance and upkeep. In addition, we noticed a gap in the ceiling of our room, further contributing to our concerns about the condition of the hotel. While the staff did their best to resolve issues quickly and professionally, the maintenance problems negatively impacted the overall quality and comfort of our stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel and I stayed a week. Alexis was amazing and always making my feel taken care of and that my stay was perfect. Preston was also very helpful and kind. All of the staff were wonderful actually. Rooms are clean and cozy. I especially like how the triangle windows in the back of the hotel make you feel outside Its a very cozy hotel. I did pay for the upgraded internet because I had to work from the hotel room, but had no issues. I would stay here again!
